To guarantee the customer a continuous technical upgrade and a supply software, Automation Systems Technology has organized assistance services and an after-sale support, among which there are operational remote assistance and technical and systematical assistance.
These services guarantee the plant function in optimal conditions, ensuring a continuity of operation of the product bought, as well as a very short intervention time, also in case of mobilization of the staff for technical problems.
After-sales assistance
Ensuring an efficient assistance service is essential so that the customer can enjoy with continuity of the installed system. For this aim, Automation Systems Technology proposes, to complete the furnitures, his own after-sale service, more adapted to deal with any possible situation with competence, professionally and speed, starting from an immediate telephone assistance, or remote assistance with remote control, up to the on-site intervention in case of electromechanical anomalies.
We have specialized and qualified technicians who assist customers in:
- supply and selection of spare parts
- on-site test, commissioning and start-up
- technical assistance interventions to modify and/ or plant adaptation
- scheduled or extraordinary maintenance
- remote assistance service on controlled plants with PC o PLC on remote
Engineering and consulting
Our technical team is available to study new projects directly collaborating with the customer. Automation Systems Technology technicians are prepared to offer consulence services to their partners and company's customers; their strength's points are the big knowledge of problems related to railway sectors, automation, main industrial sectors and a big experience accumulated over the years.
Remote assistance
One of the most innovative services proposed by Automation Systems Technology is the telematic assistance: the possibility to give system assistance and software in remote mode, directly operating on procedures and on customers' archives without anybody moving from his office.
A timely and targeted service because our technicians, always reachable by telephone, are able to understand user's problems, whatever their cause is (little knowledge or wrong use of the machine, machine errors or program error, and so on) and to solve them quickly by a rapid and efficient analysis in real time, reducing in this way costs related to plant shutdown, through a remote connection via telephone line or internet to the company system (a solution possible only through a server remote access or a dedicated PC).
Education and refresher courses
Exclusively reserved to its customers, Automation Systems Technology organizes instruction courses customed on some products used in the equipment, collaborating with the building houses, and, if necessary, it develops specific programs of Training to use its own automation systems.
